How to use (1 minute):

  1. Pick a short set of cues (4–8 works well). Example set below is balanced for common scenarios.
  2. Set rounds = 12, window = 1500 ms, jitter ≈ 1200 ms.
  3. Press Start. When the cue pops, hit the mapped key. If you hesitate, it times out.
  4. Focus on posture and a tiny physical micro‑move with the key press (e.g., drop weight, step).
